AODA Compliance

In 2005, the Government of Ontario passed the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) with the goal of making Ontario fully accessible by 2025.   • Accommodating employees with disabilities throughout the hiring process and employment lifecycle.

  • Ensuring workplace policies and procedures align with AODA standards.
